Welcome to the Rosemont Garden Suite. This stylish, modern home is a great getaway tucked into a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street. This private suite in our home offers 2 spacious and cozy bedrooms, full size in suite laundry as well as a kitchen with all the basic amenities. Our Wi-Fi and in suite desk make this a remote workers dream! The neighbourhood is very private but minutes drive from the downtown core. Free street parking on site.

The space
Our space is comfy, clean and cozy. You are staying in a completely separate basement suite that is below our family home. The kitchen is stocked and we sure hope you'll enjoy some of the games in the living room! Our TV is ready to stream from your favourite streaming service using Chromecast.

Guest access
Street parking is available. Once parked you will need to walk down a steep driveway with stairs and another set of stairs at the side of the house to gain access to the suite from the backyard.

Other things to note
The suite is in the basement, our family home is right above and you can hear footsteps and noise from our kids above (generally between 7:30am and 7pm).

Rosemont is a beautiful, tree filled area of Nelson. You'll be just a short walk away from the golf course, skatepark, elementary school playground, and the Saturday farmer's market. Head down the hill and across the highway (take the overpass) to downtown (5 minutes drive), or drive west to Taghum beach (swimming) or Morning Mountain (mountain biking in the summer, skating and sledding in the winter). If you're here to ski, Whitewater Ski Hill is about 20min away.
