Please be advised that YOU are on vacation, not ME so yes, I will be at work during your stay. Tons of public transportation in a huge shopping district. The bus/trains are literally 1 block away. 2 train to the West side and 5 to the East side. Along Church Ave via the B35 bus are also the B,Q,F and G trains. Prospect Park &Zoo, Brooklyn Museum, Historical homes and landmarks . Kings County and Downstate Medical Center 4 blocks away. Check in is from 5pm to 11 pm.

The space
This old house is over one hundred years old and still maintains her charms. Some of the fixtures are original such as my floors, therefore, I do ask guest to remove their shoes and not to unplug the fridge.

Guest access
There is no kitchen access here. Each room is equipped with a fridge and microwave for your convenience. If it's you and your friend make sure you click in the number 2 under guest. Don't embarass yourself or pretend you didn't know there is a fee for a second person and you show up with him/her. Providing wifi does not mean I work for the company, so if it is fast /slow for you, it is the same way for me.

During your stay
Due to covid guidelines, guest are expected to minimize interactions with others/ keep proper distancing. Only the bathroom is a shared space here.I can be reached by text only between 6am and 3 pm. Do not call while I'm at work, just like you expect folks to do while you are working. I may be in the process of saving a life. Ms. Monica is always on the premise if you have questions. Hubby is also around at times if you have questions

Other things to note
Ring the bell when you get here andeave your shoes on the shoe rack.

Neighbourhood highlights

Very quiet in the winter months with tons of cultural festivals/ street fairs in the summer. Many stores are open 24 hours or we'll into the early AM. There is a lot of foit traffic late nights so you will never be along walking home late nights. Additionally, I'm only one block away from the subway.
