Wake up refreshed and ready for a day of visiting wineries, events on the Columbia river, Golf, sporting events, or just visiting family. Our guest house is walking distance to the River, Clover Island, and several wineries. Easy access to all areas in the Tri-Cities. Five minutes from airport. Free Parking for one car in shared driveway.

The space
We think you’ll love our guest house. It was built in 1907. We’ve updated it so it's clean and cozy, but it’s still got plenty of its old charm, and a few of the creaks and cracks that make an old house interesting and fun.Of course it depends on the time of year you visit as to whether the grass is green and the flowers are blooming as in the pictures, but we think you'll enjoy your stay whenever you choose to come.

Feel free to take a walk around the yard, and for any extended outdoor activities we have several lovely parks a short distance away.

Guest access
We have space for one (1) vehicle to park free. Beyond one vehicle, due to space limitations, we have to charge for a second vehicle ($10/night).

There is no charging for Electric Vehicles.

Other things to note
Of course it depends on the time of year you visit as to whether the grass is green and the flowers are blooming as in the pictures, but we think you'll enjoy your stay whenever you choose to come.

Neighbourhood highlights

We’re in what is historically known as the Columbia Gardens area of Kennewick. It is more recently known as the Bridge to Bridge area as we are conveniently located between the Cable and Blue bridges.

While there is plenty of industrial nearby, the area is slowly being revitalized to a tourist and retail area with wineries, retail, restaurants, and river access.
