We are located overlooking the Gymkhana Golf course in Nong Hoi, just a short distance from the Chiang mai Night market but on the East side of the river. We are happy to offer you free pick you up at the Airport or stations with our guest TUK TUK,a 15 minute ride.

The space

WE are right on the edge of the Golf course so that means GREAT views which are rare in Chiang mai.

Supermarkets-restaurants-fresh markets-handball-golf-temples-night market and local night markets.

Fresh air from all the trees and the cooling effect and of course it is quieter next to the golf course..

Yes-minibus only 10 baht to the Big Wararot Market or we have bicycles and motorbikes..

WE have very good wi-fi, unlike many of the guesthouses in Chiang mai which offer very sporadic wifi service. Also guests may use the very private and beautiful pool at Palm Springs place (30 Baht),only 15 minutes away.

It was a really nice and clean apartment. If you rent a scooter or bike it's going to be great. Mike is a really nice guy ! He's so helpful anytime with everything , so if you need something you just have to call him. He gave us a little tour through Chiang Mai and picked us up from the trainstation. Thank you Mike !

The apartment is nice and well equipped, a bit far from the center, but in a really great, silent neighborhood,so it is totally worth it. If you rent a scooter for 200 baht/day, it takes 5-10 minutes to get into the city center. Mike is a good guy, picked us up at the bus station. He answered all of our questions and gave us really good tips about the city and the things to do in and out of Chiang Mai. Unfortunately there was a renovation during our stay what was noisy sometimes, but only during the day. The only annoying thing was the internet: every single time we had to log in with a dedicated password what sometimes didn't work. But Mike said that he was going to change the system.

Didn't actually stay there because of the minimum three day policy - but fairly easy to reach from the old city via tuk tuk

We had a great relaxing time in Ronald's guesthouse ! It was a bit far from the old city but we enjoyed to meet some great people in the neighborhood ! The room is clean and large ! Really good for a long stay ! Ronald is very accommodating for everything and he helped us for our check out.

I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Dee Dee Court! Mike (Ronald) was there waiting for me when I exited the airport. His tuk tuk is a gorgeous custom job. He took me to change money and made sure I could find food. The room was clean and had everything I needed - all those little touches that make a big difference. Bedside table with lamp, vanity, hot water heater, fridge, coat rack, dishes, soap, and two towels. The bed is comfy and the neighborhood is quiet. The place stays cool so you really don't even need the AC, but it's there and the remote works perfectly. There are several English channels on the TV. The wifi works well although the login system is a bit annoying. On the top floor is a tap with great filtered water so you don't need to buy bottled. Mike is very responsive to questions (I had a bit of trouble figuring out my TV at first, for example) and more than willing to help. He insisted on carrying my suitcase upstairs for me! He is usually in the office in the evenings, ready to share a chat and a snack.

Warm and welcoming host! Room was spotless, comfortable, and spacious with and nicely furnished in a Thai style. It had a decent bathroom with hot water. Kettle and instant coffee was provided. Our second floor room had a lovely breeze from the balcony. Used the fan. Did not need to use the AC. Bed had a superb latex foam mattress that is better than the one at home. I will definitely stay here again! Great quality at an affordable price! The location is in a quiet soi opposite the Gymkhana Club. We came with a car, without which it would be difficult to get around.
