At this time , there is a neibouring property that is been constructed but has reached to the point of mimal to no noise as they have almost completed the exterior . Once inside the villa, it's not obstructing the view in anyway, nor can any noise if any be heard from inside . Kindly note that there will be no rebates for this situation.
