Relax in our comfy and recently built townhome in Provo, Utah. It has a private bedroom and bathroom located on our second floor with access to our home's other amenities which include our kitchen, free Wifi, and theater room.

Home is shared by myself and my husband. We are quiet and clean and usually keep to ourselves.

Our location is:

-5 minutes from downtown Provo
-7 minutes from BYU campus
-45 minutes from SLC airport
-26 minutes from Sundance Ski Resort
- 1 hour from Park City, Utah

The space
The bedroom has a queen-sized memory foam mattress with a full closet and dresser. The room also has a beautiful view of the mountains our home is tucked under. If you are traveling with someone that you don't want to share the bed with, we do have a blow-up air mattress that can be used upon request. We charge an additional $10 a night if requested as you will use an additional room with the air mattress that will also be private. Please let us know in advance so we can have the air mattress and additional room ready for your stay.

The bathroom is a private bathroom right next to the room. We offer our guests shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from Not Soap Radio.

The room and bathroom are located on our townhome's second floor.

Our kitchen is shared. We have all regular appliances including an oven, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We also have an air fryer, ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker, griddle, and waffle maker. You are free to use any of our appliances or kitchen items.

Our theater room is also shared. We have a 65in TV with streaming services available that include Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime.

We have a keyless check-in and entry through a keypad on our front door. You will have a code that you can use for your entire stay to come and go as you please.
