furnished cozy little room in a very old but lovely apartment in Berlin.
less than 10min to S Lichtenberg by foot, 10min bus ride to Ostkreuz
Grocery stores and Café's are closed by, great restaurants and lovely flea/food markets at Ostkreuz & Boxhagener Platz

The flat has a single bed (140x200), table, chairs, and everything else you need: fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a bathtub/shower. Since the room is on the sunny side, it is very nice and bright

Guest will get their own keys and have access to their rooms as well as the flat all day.
The flat is situated on the third floor in a modern building. In case you have a car, there's plenty of free parking outside the building.

Christian and I both live in the apartment as well. We work a lot from home and are happy to give you all sorts of recommendations around Berlin.
