Make yourself at home in this stylish retreat, a hidden gem right in the heart of Athens’ historical centre! Unwind amidst bright and chic hideaway, a newly renovated studio featuring industrial design and all the facilities you could need, whether for a short city break or a longer stay. Perfect for city lovers, remote workers and those who wish to get away from the hustle and bustle - all whilst enjoying a central location; this designer apartment provides an idyllic space.

The space
Step into the tranquil space of your very own urban hideaway, located in a perfect quiet spot in the centre of Athens’ Old Town. Situated on the second floor of the building, you’ll find your comfortable city pad, boasting indoor-garden vibes and chic décor, influenced by the vibrant neighbourhood.

Lounge
After a day of exploring local ruins, kick back on your plush sofa and enjoy the designer lounge space, complete with air conditioning, heating and soft lighting, setting the mood for your cosy stay. Put your feet up and relax, basking in the glorious sunlight, particularly beautiful during the (morning). A panel of large windows line the main wall of the studio, letting plenty of natural light in, to create a peaceful indoor garden atmosphere, with views of the leafy courtyard and thriving plants dotted around the apartment. For those who prefer late mornings and a break from the sun, take advantage of black-out shades - easy to activate and perfect for getting some rest after a taste of Athens’ nightlife!

Art lovers will delight in the aesthetic detail of the apartment - you’ll find ornaments from around the neighbourhood, books on Greece’s art and history and contemporary furniture with an industrial flair - this house is very much characteristic of its surroundings; a wonderful mix of old and new!

Workspace
Do as the Greeks do and indulge in freshly made coffee every morning, from your own Nespresso machine - those who prefer tea will also have a delightful selection to choose from! Settle down at your sleek marble-top table, where you can enjoy breakfast before heading off to see the sites or get set up for a day of working from your home office abroad. Excellently equipped with digital nomads in mind, this comfortable studio features a large L-shaped desk with (ergonomic) chair and access to the fastest/most reliable WiFi package available in the city, meaning stress-free Zoom meetings (and endless Netflix nights)! Chill out in front of your Smart TV in the evenings, or feel free to connect your laptop with the HDMI cable/Chrome Cast for use of a bigger screen.

Kitchen
The open-plan layout of the loft means you’ll have more than enough room to cook up a storm in the kitchen, which is fully-equipped with all the cooking facilities you could need, including a dishwasher, kettle, oven and stove top, as well as a fridge, toaster and microwave. We’ve even stocked up on the essential cooking ‘bits’ like olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper etc, so you don’t have to.

Bathroom
Enjoy the verdant colour scheme of your modern bathroom, featuring a shower with rain shower head, toilet and complimentary toiletries. Here you’ll also find the washing machine and various household items you might need whilst on your stay.

Bedroom
You’ll be guaranteed a restful nights’ sleep in your comfortable queen size bed, set on a slightly raised floor, creating a separate area from the rest of the apartment. Settle in for the night and rest easy in this minimalist space, equipped with shelves for your holiday reads, and a magnetic wall - for your Athens To-Do list!

Fun fact! We have tried to keep all things as green as we can in our apartment - so the electricity supply is powered by solar energy, and there are recycling bins provided for guest use.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire studio, located on the second floor of the building. The studio features a fully-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, comfortable lounge area, and a bedroom with a queen-size bed.

The studio is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and fast and reliable WiFi, perfect for remote workers or those who need to stay connected during their travels. Guests can also take advantage of the Smart TV, complete with HDMI cable and Chrome Cast, perfect for movie nights after a day of exploring the city.

Other things to note
We want our guests to feel at home in our stylish urban hideaway, and we've tried to make it as comfortable and inviting as possible for your stay in Athens. Please treat the space with respect and care, and let us know if you need anything during your visit.

We kindly request that you refrain from smoking or vaping inside the apartment, and please do not host any parties or events during your stay.

Additionally, we ask that you please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10 pm to 8 am).

Lastly, please note that the studio is powered by solar energy and recycling bins are provided for guest use, as we strive to maintain a sustainable and eco-friendly space.

Ermou central shopping street is just 400 meters away and there are more than 300 restaurants and bars within a 500-metre range of the apartment. There are more than 6 parking lots available just 20 - 50 meters away, which means there is enough space for the many people visiting the area, tourists and locals alike.

All the main archaeological sites in the city center range from 300 meters to 1.5 km away, so we strongly recommend you visit them on foot, so that you’ll also get to experience Psirri’s magnetic atmosphere and what it means to live the local way!
