**Bedroom 9 The Lord of the Ring Two Twin-over-Full**(2nd Floor): Continue the heroic sea adventure of the King and hobbits while drawing inspiration from the profound wisdom of The Lord of the Rings. This room includes award-winning firm mattresses, fans, and bunks featuring fancy staircases, with the lower level beds safe for toddlers. Half of this spacious room is dedicated to a theater.
**The Lord of the Rings Theatre**: Enjoy your favorite shows or timeless classics showcasing good vs. evil, friendship, courage, and wisdom from J.R.R. Tolkien, the 'father' of modern fantasy. This expansive room also features two twin-over-full bunk beds (BR9).
** SOUTH-FACING Pool & Outdoor Dining (1st Floor)**: Enjoy a south-facing pool and spa that are beautifully illuminated both day and night. Start your day at the pool with activities like swimming , water polo , or sunbathing . You may have hours of fun deep into the night . In addition to the underwater lights, our professionally installed string lights above the water enhance the shimmering and sparkle of the surface, creating a magical atmosphere under the stars and the moon. The pool offers an open view with a lake in sight and no rear neighbors for added privacy. There is extra charge to have a heated Spa/Pool.
**Full Kitchen (1st Floor)**: The kitchen is equipped with a French door refrigerator, double oven range, dishwasher, microwave, pots, pans, cups, glasses, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, cooking utensils, cutting boards, knives, blender, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, and even trash bags, soap, and detergents.
**Five Bathrooms (1st Floor: 2 & 2nd Floor: 3)**: Each bathroom is supplied with soap, hair dryer, makeup remover, and naturally derived, toxin-free ingredients in shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
**BEDDING & TOWELS**: you will have peace of mind because of our highest laundry standard. We subsidize guests' cleaning fee and hire separate cleaners and laundry crew. After every stay, fresh bedding and towels are brought in and used ones are taken out to a professional facility to wash.
**LAUNDRY ROOM**: The house includes a washer and dryer, an iron board, an iron, and a starter set of laundry detergent.
**AWARD-WINNING COOL & PRESSURE-RELIEVING MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS**: Experience perfectly temperature-regulated sleep on one of our five king beds, four full beds, or eight twin beds, all of which feature this type of firm mattress. 👀 SECURITY GATES @ STOREY LAKE RESORT 🚦no later than 24 hours 🕓 before your check-in time, please provide us with the full name of each driver who will be at the wheel entering the community. A HOA-issued pass is required for entering the community gate 🚧 and the two clubhouses/water parks. Late registration at the gate will cause you to wait in line ⛔ entering the community.
👀 CHECK-IN: 🔒🔓 your check-in will be key-less 🔑and contactless. For the safety of you and your group, a random-generated door code 🔢 will be sent to you ONE DAY before your check-in, along with directions to the house address➡️⬆️⬅️⬇️
👀OPTIONAL POOL/SPA HEATING 🔥🌡️ -No later than 24 hours before your check-in time, submit your request and make payment for the pool/spa heating. The payment must be received by our pool tech before turning on the heater. It takes about 12 hours in warm weather ☀️ and 24 hours in cold weather ❄️ to heat the entire pool and connected spa. The heating is for the entire stay only. The charge is $35 per day from March-November, and $45 per day from December to February. The heater temperature will be set at its maximum, 86 🌡️for pool and 104 🌡️for spa. Please be aware that Florida has cold winter days that will make the set temperature hard to reach. Because tons of electricity would have been consumed, there will be no refund for the pool heating fee.
👀EARLY CHECK-IN 🚗🛬& LATE CHECK-OUT 🧳 - If you need early check-in or /and late check-out, please ask. If there is availability AND we have enough time to re-schedule the tasks of PM, cleaners and laundry crew, we will be happy to arrange this for you. The rate is $25/ hour , up to 4 hours. For 4-8 hours, 1/2 of the rent on that day. Above 8 hours, full rent of that day.
👀NO-SMOKING /VAPING 🚭-Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited indoors and inside the swimming pool screen. Outside the front entrance, it has to be 12 feet from the door. A $1,500 fine 💰will be charged because of extensive remediation procedures such as the use of Ozone machine .
👀SECURITY SYSTEM 📸- You have extra protection during your stay. The securities cameras are installed at the front entrance and two sides outside the house. They help to deter potential crimes and monitor unusual activities. Front cameras face the entrance walkway and side cameras face two back pool doors. You have full privacy because none of these cameras will cover any area inside the house and in the backyard. The view to the neighbor's backyard is blocked as well.
👀HOUSE AMENITIES 🆓- We provide a generous starter of complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash🧴, trash bags , bathroom tissues, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish washer liquid and sponge, soap 🧼, etc. You may need to purchase more for a big group or a long stay. We also provide a set of white bath towels/ wash cloth for each guest in this booking. There is a washer and dryer for guests' use anytime. To meet most of your cooking needs, our kitchen is fully equipped with mugs, glasses, plates, bowels, pots, pans, kitchen knives, water heater, blender, salad spinner, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, coffee maker, rice maker, waffle maker, and other utensils. We provide a small quantity of packets of sugar, salt, and pepper. We do not store any food, condiments, herbs, spices and seasonings. Any leftovers from guests will be taken out by the cleaners.

👀BABY ITEMS 👶- For guests' convenience, we provide baby items such as crib, PackNPlay, bassinet, high chair, baby bathtub, baby safety gate, educational toys, etc. While our PM closely monitors the condition of these items, parents must inspect and decide whether the items are safe to use for/by their children. Stop the usage and report to us if there is any problem. It is the parents' responsibility to have these items used as intended and in a safe manner. Parents must supervise their children at all times. By using these baby items, you acknowledge you have read our disclaimer and release us from any liability related to the use of these products.
👀GRILL RENTAL 3RD PARTY 💲- At latest 24 hours 🕓 before your check-in time, a 4-burner grill rental could be arranged for you and delivered and set on the grass outside swimming pool gate. It comes from the local rental company and the cost is $85 a week with a full gas tank. You could also rent directly from the company at a slightly higher retail rate. Please be aware the grill must stay on the lawn outside the swimming pool.
👀OTHER RENTALS 3RD PARTY 💲- If you have other needs, we could send you quotes on more items that could be rented from the local companies. Baby items like stroller, crib, Pack n Play, wheelchair🧑🦽, party decorations 🥳, Christmas trees 🌲, etc. We do have one crib , one Pack n Play, one high chair, and one bassinet , one baby bathtub, one baby gate in the suite.

👀PACKAGE & FOOD DELIVERIES 📬🚚 Storey Lake Resort has daily Fedex , UPS, DHL services, as well as many other online delivery services such as Door-dash, Uber Eat, Sam's, Walmart, etc. But there is No US Postal services. If you have online purchases from Amazon, make sure the vendor is not using postal services even though it is very rare. 99% Amazon vendors use UPS or Fedex which have daily deliveries to Storey Lake.
