Whitefish Point Road can be busy, use care, look both ways, people drive by very fast sometimes. Parallel to Whitefish Point Road is Superior Drive where there are views of Lake Superior and the beach. For public access, best to head to Whitefish Point or the Harbour about 10 miles north on Whitefish Point Road. Andrus Lake State Park is close, turn left on Vermillion Road off Whitefish Point Road just north of Superior Drive.
