Neighbourhood highlights

Aberporth, Wales, United Kingdom
Brynhyfryd is situated on a quiet hamlet on the road to Aberporth and Tresaith, set in beautiful countryside. Access to a public footpath down to Tresaith beach is just minutes from the house. It has a beautiful waterfall, and is the perfect setting for enjoying a drink/ meal overlooking the beach and if you're lucky you may even spot a dolphin or seal!

The perfect gateway to the coastal path and you can walk to nearby beaches Aberporth, Mwnt, Penbryn or Llangrannog which have many cafes and pubs to enjoy. We are lucky enough to have 4 blue flag beaches nearby so you will be spoilt for choice.

Just a short drive to the bustling Cardigan market town, where you can visit the castle (winner of channel 4's restoration of the year), cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, cinema etc.

For nature & wildlife lovers there's so much to see. We recommend a boat trip from New Quay or Cardigan to spot dolphins, a visit to Cardigan Island or Cwmtydu to spot seals or Mwnt where orcas have even been spotted in recent years!

If you are looking for an adventure filled stay there's surfing, kayaking, coasteering, sailing & paddle boarding all within a short drive.

The area has really been put on the map in recent years and you will be spoilt for choice with award winning local food and drink businesses (including Crwst, Bara Menyn, Pizza Tipi, Tafell a Than, The Plwmp Tart, In the Welsh Wind Gin Distillery and more) all on your doorstep.

Hi, I'm Linda . Myself and my partner Charlie and our cheeky toddler Lottie welcome you to our family holiday home. We are a young family based in Worcestershire. I work in sales and Charlie works in his dad's electric engineering business. In addition to our full time jobs, we also "work hard" to make sure Lottie grows up happy and healthy which is another full time job in itself :) We purchased Brynhyfryd in late September 2021 from lovely people who have strong family ties & history with this area and the house and we hope that we now can start making our own family memories here. We would love you and your family to enjoy the house and the local area, too. Since this is a family home, we do hope that you feel at home during your stay and treat our home with the same care & consideration as you would your own. Myself or Charlie are aways available to talk through any concerns or questions, so please do reach out!
