You’ll feel right at home at this centrally-located basement apartment that's been completely renovated. (Just recently installed a whole-home water filter system.) We’re located in a quiet & well-established subdivision & just minutes away from restaurants, shopping and the downtown area. Only 1.5 miles from Doctors Hospital & 6 miles from downtown hospitals. There’s 1 parking space available. $20 fee for additional vehicle. This is a smoke free home. No pets allowed. No parties.

The basement apartment feels spacious with its freshly painted white walls and earth tone decor. The walk-in closet is a pleasant surprise if you’re enjoying an extended stay.

Once you drive down the short driveway, you will turn right and park under the house, which leads you to the entrance of the apartment. The apartment door is orange. Guests have access to the basement apartment only. There's also a bench area outside of the apartment door.

Other things to note
There's a nice laundromat, Peanut’s Laundry, located a mile away if needed.

***IMPORTANT: The upstairs of Waverly Place is our primary home. We are a quiet household; however, you may hear footsteps from time to time.

There is one parking space provided. There is a $20 fee for an additional parking space.
