You'll be just a few steps from the beach and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, and shopping centres. What's more, you'll be just minutes from the historic quarter, perfect for soaking up its colonial architecture, local culture and nightlife.

The Palmetto building has 24-hour surveillance, panoramic lobby, wifi in common areas of the building, swimming pool for children and adults, Turkish bath, gym and parking.

Pools run daily from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm except on Tuesdays, which is done during the morning hours and are back up and running after 12:00 pm.

1. Required documentation:

2. Access to common areas – Handles:

In the Palmetto building, a key card is charged at check-in, which will give you access to all the building's common areas and must be carried throughout the stay. Este manillas are already charged at the time of making the reservation (6 handles equivalent to 6 people), however for the seventh person you will have to cancel it at the time of check-in because it is not included in the value. The handle costs $65,000 COP - $23 USD per apartment and the additional person costs $80,000 COP or $18 USD, this is as a control measure for the entry of guests. (Keep in mind that these values are required by building management to keep track of the people staying in the building.)

3. Visitors allowed:

- Up to 3 visitors per apartment are allowed.

- Visitor hours: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

- Visitors do not have access to the building's common areas.
