The feature (Well )has a glass cover lit down to the water level . Tastefully styled with hand picked curiosities. The property is fully equipped for your stay with kitchen, Shower room -WC.

The space
The Old Well House ! named after it's unique feature with the original Well retained with safety glass & cover. Now restored & fully modernised whilst retaining its original charm .
The accommodation comprises of;
1 double bed room & sitting room sofa bed. The property is flexible and will sleep up to four , plus a travel cot. Close to Honiton & surrounded by country walks (Area Of Outstanding Beauty) with amazing views. Hembury Fort is close by along with Wolford Chapel, Dunkeswell Aerodrome, Smeatharpe and Dunkeswell Army museum. Just 20 minutes from the coast of Sidmouth and Jurassic coast line. After a long journey our local village store is just 5 minutes drive away for groceries & beverages . Also an Indian restaurant/ takeaway, plus a Pizza ,fish & chip shop takeaway. (9pm closing). Lakeveiw Manor with restaurant is close by. The log burner is a joy on a cold evening and will be set up for your arrival. This is rural location & transport is necessary.

We are located just out side Honition (4 miles) Set in the Black Down Hills (AONB) With lots of country walks, cycle routes (Route 52) and stunning views. 20 mins from the coast. Close to Dunkerswell Aerodrome with lots of activities, two hill forts, fantastic dog walks in a peaceful location. Honition has antique shops, coffee shops, eateries, bars, wine/cocktail bar and a local museum.
The University City of Exeter is 30 minutes drive away.

What makes my home unique: Glass top well in the floor.
Hi im Glen.. I run a small cottage style property packed with character. Dog friendly, relaxed atmosphere, you'll be close to some beautiful woodland walks , 25 mins max from the coast .It's in a rural setting with plenty of parking, on the edge of a small wood.local shop and great takeaways if you don't feel like cooking.
