Beautiful and bright apartment centrally located in Reykjavik.
Great location with quick access to major stem tracks, outdoor recreation areas, and numerous hiking trails. It is a short walk to a grocery store, bakery and Holtagarard's shopping centre. Just a short distance away is Laugardalur with a pool, a fitness center, a petting zoo and a kosy cafe. There is a boat­pier and a beautiful harbor area nearby. In addition, there is only 1.5 km to the Elliðaárdalur valley, a beautiful outdoor area with walking trails, lush nature, bunnies and rivers that flow through the valley.

I would like to clarify that there is a new liner being put on the block and there are scaffolding around, it is not visible through the windows to the apartment during the day and only limited when it starts to dusk. Inside there is peace and quiet and a lovely atmosphere, but there is an occasional drill sound during the day but it is very limited and there is little to no disturbance❤️

While this is a block apartment, the experience is not at all like that, and it is something that guests will see and find out when they arrive in the area!

I love how close it is to all services and how easy and quick it is to get to the apartment as it is located in a great location.
