Get out to nature and tranquility. The post cabin is located in the middle of the forest and meadow, with idyll around it. If you are fond of Simple Living, silence, and fresh air, this cabin is for you.
It's one big room, with a sleeping home. The cabin is heated by a wood-burning stove and drinking water is picked up to the cabin in a can.
There are plenty of wildlife and the nice little mulch toilet and outdoor shower (the water is not heated) are found next to the cottage as independent houses.
Bring your own bed linen, towels, soap.

The space
25 sqm. with double bed in sleeping quarters. Small kitchen with gas burner and sink with drain to bucket - which you have to empty at intervals.
Cozy is also being able to turn on the wood-burning stove - so "little Carl" is ready to be lit in. On the terrace in front of the house you can sit at the small table and enjoy your morning coffee and dinner, etc.
You must bring your own bed linen, duvet and pillow covers and sheets, as well as a towel.
There is a cozy mulch toilet as a self-contained building.
You can shower in the "Simple Living" outdoor shower by the house. Note: the water is not heated but you get very fresh and clean: -).
It's just lovely and so cozy there in the cabin - in the middle of nature.

Guest access
You park in the courtyard 400 meters from the cottage. From here, you have to transport yourself to the cottage. Wear practical shoes and clothes, because you will be out in nature. It will be possible to borrow a wheelbarrow.
You are always welcome to knock on our door at the farm. If we are at home, we are happy to give good advice for trips and practical tips.

Other things to note
When you drive down to the farm, there is an electric wild boar fence that you just have to hook on and off. There is also a similar fence when you go down the path to the cottage.
Please leave the cottage tidy, with everything in its place, and take the trash up to the farm.
Water must be collected at the farm in a canister, where there is an outdoor faucet on the house.
If you have used the grill, just remember to clean it for the next people who want to use it.
Remember to bring bed linen and sheets, as well as towels.

We are a family of 4, Mette and Soren, Sofie and Mathias. We are parttime living in Sweden, and we are renting out the stable. Along side a log-cabin, that we have build, which is available for rent as well, as a beautiful experience in the treetops. We all live in Copenhagen, and has always felt close to nature and outdoor living, which is also what you will get with the stable. We also like gardening, traveling and fun building projects.
