Welcome to The Horrrsebox, a one-of-a-kind tiny house lovingly built from scratch — a perfect romantic hideaway with stunning views over the rolling countryside.

Inside, you’ll find a comfy double bed positioned to take in the beautiful rural scenery, and a curved, softly lit ceiling that adds to the cozy, intimate atmosphere. Curl up on the two-seater sofa, unwind, and let the peaceful sounds of nature take over.

Step outside to your private hot tub (please shower before use to avoid additional cleaning charges) and soak under the stars. There’s also an outdoor dining area, ideal for relaxed evenings and al fresco meals with breathtaking views.

The Horrrsebox Tiny House is located on the grounds of our home, but offers full privacy and your own dedicated space.
You’ll have private parking right beside the separate entrance, leading down a charming, festoon-lit walkway to your tiny house retreat.

During your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to:

Your own private area with hot tub (available until midnight)

Outdoor dining area

Outdoor seating and a stove to keep you cozy in the evenings (fuel not supplied)


⏰ Check-in: From 4:00 PM — this allows time for a thorough deep clean and daily hot tub maintenance after each guest.

Other things to note
A full menu is available at the local pub, just a 5-minute walk away — please check their food service hours before arrival.

We provide coffee, tea, milk, sugar, and hand soap, plus fresh towels for your stay.

An information pack in the tiny house includes details on local takeaways, Wi-Fi code, and nearby attractions.

We also own a lovely coffee shop in Summerhill called 2 Chubby Gingers, where you can enjoy freshly baked cakes, toasties, coffee, and homemade soup — it’s well worth a visit!

Please shower before using the hot tub, as this helps us keep it clean and ready for future guests.

The tinyhouse is located in the quiet countryside with houses nearby. we are 5 mins walk from the local pub and there are villages within 6km. The Tinyhouse is set in it's own private area to the rear of our house with all views overlooking the peaceful countryside. We are only 8 minutes drive off the M4, very well located for exploring Dublin, Meath, Kildare & Westmeath. Irelands Ancient East on our doorstep.
