Our relaxed, light-filled home is the ideal place for a weekend away or longer-term stay. Our home is spacious and private, with generous living spaces, open plan kitchen and outdoor dining.

The space
This space is our home. High Seas is one of the first houses built in Buddina in the 1970s and we’ve put a lot of love into it, keeping the relaxed beach house vibes while also making it modern and comfortable.

Enjoy a 200m walk to the beach, coffee shops and takeaway restaurants. Only a 200m walk to the river and Labalsa Park and 900meteres to Kawana Shopping World. 6km (8 minute drive or uber) to the cafes and restaurants precinct in Mooloolaba.

Wifi, smart tv, ceiling fans, along with shutters throughout to enjoy a lovely ocean breeze. *For ultimate comfort, ducted air conditioning and block out blinds will ensure a comfortable stay on the hotter nights and for much needed holiday sleep ins.

We comply with COVID-19 safety practices. Linen and bath towels are provided via our amazing linen service.
*Beach towels, picnic, beach bag and umbrella, along with 2 adult bikes are available for your stay upon request.

Please note it is possible for the two single beds pictured to be joined to form a King bed. Simply inform us if you wish to have the beds joined so we can advise our cleaning and linen service so they have bedding perfect for your arrival.

Please note:
Plenty of street parking.
The garage will not be accessible.
We do not accomodate more than 8 adults at any time.
*High Seas is not a party house, but a place to relax and recharge.
*Please follow residential noise restrictions and keep noise at a minimum after 10pm.

Guest access
You will have full access to our four bedroom home and two bathrooms, kitchen, outdoor dining and garden (apart from locked and labelled cupboards).

Other things to note
*Upon request, we have everything for those with children/ babies including highchair, prams, portacots, childrens plates and cutlery, baby gate/ play area and baby bath for bathroom use.

Games and toys for all ages, along with a selection of books for little ones through to adults and tweens.
