Our home is arranged to promote engaging experiences for all group sizes;
with an open floor plan on the ground level and a spacious upstairs loft.
There are plenty of beds for everyone when it's time to retreat for some rest and relaxation. We can sleep 16!

With over 2,400 square feet of living space, a welcoming open layout, fully stocked gourmet kitchen including oils, spices and coffee pods, spacious living room with pool table, loft for additional hangout area, dedicated work space, and 2nd story balcony, our house is the perfect place to call home during your stay in Indy!
Built in 2019 you will be one of the first guests to enjoy our newly furnished beautiful decor with thoughtful touches. We stock the house with everything you'll need for an incredible stay.

• A professional cleaning crew comes before your visit to make sure the home is immaculate upon your arrival. Your check-in and check-out process is completely keyless which allows you to easily check-in for your stay!
• IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Pets are allowed for a $150 fee for the first pet, plus $50 for each additional pet.
• For your safety and security reasons, our home has a doorbell camera and alarm system.
• Please note the check-in and check-out times. We can typically accommodate requests for early check-ins / late check-outs, but we can only confirm such requests 48 hours before the date requested. The reason is we potentially have other guests coming in or leaving the same day, and cleaners typically need around 5 hours.
• Parties are not tolerated and will result in eviction and potential loss of security deposit.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. The check-in and check-out processes are keyless, using the smart lock keypad on the front door. This gives you the benefit of contact-less check in and check-out, as well as complete privacy during your stay.
