Escape the world in this self contained rural retreat. Traditional oak framed building comprising of a spacious living area with log burner, double bedroom, shower/toilet room, and basic kitchen.

The space
Large open sitting room with two large leather sofas, an armchair, large central coffee table and sideboard. A small kitchen forms part of the area, equipped with a small under counter fridge, and combi microwave (no hob) which allows guests some basic cooking options. A drop leaf table with two oak ladder back dining chairs, positioned by full height windows, allows guests to either formally eat or enjoy a drink while looking out across an open field landscape.
The bedroom houses an iron framed king size bed, which allows plenty of suitcase storage below. 4no. iron hooks mounted on the beams allows a small number of items to be hung up, as space within the room sadly doesn’t allow for a chest of drawers or wardrobe.
The bathroom has a W.C, vanity wash basin and a walk in electric shower.
Hard tiled floors run throughout the barn, so in colder months warm socks or slippers may be advisable.

Guest access
With open farmland owned by ourselves, the barn offers some immediate access for dog exercise right on the door step (but you may need your wellies)

Other things to note
An extended late/evening checkout, or early morning check in may be possible (subject to availability) for an additional locally paid £40 payment. Please do check however before booking!
A fire pit BBQ or Ooni Pizza oven can be provided for guest use, however supply of a bag of charcoal or 3kg of hardwood pellets for the oven will incur an additional charge of £10.
