If you're the outdoor type, enjoy a swim or boat ride on the calm Northern Lake Lanier waters or spend the day fishing. Griller? Yes, we have a Big Green Egg. Retro Arcade Machine for the Kids or Adults. This immaculate luxury 3 bedroom 2.5 bath has more than enough beds for everyone, is close to great restaurants, it really has it all.

The space
The home is a fully equipped Lake Home that has everything you could imagine. Every detail has been thought of and everything in the home is available for use. Full kitchen with all the appliances and flatware. Coffee? Enjoy a french press (grinder available), Keurig, or drip coffee. We also have a kettle for our tea drinkers. Both living rooms feature 85' Ultra 4K Smart TV. Individual rooms also feature smaller Smart TVs with Amazon and Netflix already loaded. House has all the extras, soft dog crate, baby gate, children potty, kids games & books etc. In addition to 3 Queen Beds, 1 King Bed, and 2 Queen Sofa Couches, we have 2 spare air mattresses, and 2 toddler floor mattresses located in terrace level storage. Heck! The kids can also pitch a tent on the Patio. We've tried to think of everything. If something is missing, let us know so we can add it to our "everything you can think of closet"

Home is located in a lake home master planned community at the end of a private cul-de-sac shared with 1 other home. The entry to this home is typical of any master planned community. Meaning, paved roads, driveways etc. There are many homes on Lake Lanier which have sketchy drives to the home, are located off gravel streets etc. This is not it. The driveway does have a steeper decline as nearly every home does on Lake Lanier. See pictures of exterior for details. We've had no issues entering or exiting the driveway with any vehicle.
