Entire house (1600 sq ft). Lots of room, great location, plenty of parking. Perfect location for high school sports games, getting away to the mountains or Clearwater or Salmon Rivers! Huge entertainment room with foosball and old school arcade!.

Minisplit AC units in Master Bedroom and Family Room allow you to control the temperature separately and give versatility to the 2 propane furnaces in the winter. Each bedroom also has its own separate floor heaters as well.

Keyless entry. Parking in the drive way plus the side of the house and in front as well. Front and back entrance solely used by the guests.

Other things to note
Nice fenced in backyard with flowers and fruit trees. Open porch out front to gather in the summer as well!

Room to park RV's or trailers beside the house (and no need to back them in) as you can do a large U turn in the neighboring school parking lot!
