We loved the house, the grounds, the pool - all were well maintained and clean. Very spacious and comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and plenty of choices for different arrangements for eating all together. A bit far from grocery and restaurants. Wi-fi a bit weak throughout the house.

For my wife’s birthday, I rented the farm house for the long weekend. For the celebration, we had 8 adults and 8 kids, who more than comfortably fit in the house. The house was massive with lots of places for the both adults and kids to congregate from the outside deck, basement playroom, large dining room, and large family room areas. The house, which is located in the middle of the 480 acre farm, was extremely peaceful and beautiful. What also made this a great weekend for us city slickers was that the kids were able to move around the compound without us worrying about their safety or constantly checking up on their whereabouts. From using the pool to riding bikes, the kids played a number of outdoor sports like soccer, badminton, volleyball, and freeze tag. For the adults, we had planned all of these excursions in the area. But since there was so much to do on the property, we changed our plans to explore the property. We walked to the creek and waterfalls, sat on the river, rode bikes around the property. The property satisfied the different adults interests from working out to laying out in the sun. Ryan, the property manager, was warm and super helpful in answering all of our questions. With his supervision, the kids were able to feed the horses. The kids loved this experience. For us, it was the perfect experience for both the kids and adults. We would come back again for a family gathering since the house is perfect for all age groups - old to young.

Patricia's estate is absolutely stunning! The house is beautiful and very comfortable. We were in secluded part of the estate with lots of privacy, although we were able to access every part of the estate. Our highlights were spending an evening by the fire-pit on the riverbank, strolling around the expansive grounds, and meeting the horses (they are very friendly!). We were happy with out experience, both Trish and the property manager Ryan were extremely accommodating and helpful. We will be back soon!
