Beautiful, modern place in a great location in the middle of NODA. Very comfortable for two couples. The place was spotless and had everything we needed, including a coffee maker and coffee! Our host Manny was very helpful and responsive. Parking was easy. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. We highly recommend this place and the host!

Manny was a great host, and made the extra effort to return a lost item that we had left at his condo. My family really enjoyed staying at Manny's home.

Manny had his cousin there to let me in and let me leave key in a drop box. He was friendly and accommodating. Place is just as described.

Arrival was a very smooth process. We really enjoyed our stay here. We didn't spend much time in the condo but the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms super clean. Neighborhood is really cool - I recommend eating at Cabo Tacos - their tacos are some of the best we have ever had! I did have to sign a 'lease' agreement when I arrived which I didn't know anything about prior but it wasn't a big deal. I was questioned by someone in the building during my stay about the lease and if I was moving in which was a bit of an uncomfortable situation but told Manny about it. Manny was very responsive to any airbnb messages while we were there and is a really nice guy. One of my best AirBnB stays to date.

Manny User ProfileManny is a superhost.

I have lived in Charlotte since 2008. I love this city. It has all you need: good quality of life, active nightlife, great nature around the city, nice restaurants and the people are very warm.

I'm a Business Analyst for a healthcare company and I have a passion for travel, politics, and adventures. I'm a very open minded guy, easy going and respectful of all the others opinions.
