The space
The property is located in the elegant Punta Pacífico 2 building, in Chipipe Beach. The building has 2 spacious elevators. Overall, is very safe as it's just a few steps away from the navy base and has a 24-hour front desk.

Additionally, because we care about your safety we have one camera pointing exclusively at the entrance of the apartment so that no one outside the reservation can access the property.

With that out of the way, let's get down to the nitty-gritty... This modern and spacious apartment located on the 7th floor has all the comforts: From hot water and air conditioning to a full kitchen with an oven.

The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children. The base price shown in the listing is for 5 people, for each additional guest $15 per night per person will be added to the rate.

All rooms are spacious and have their respective closet and bathroom, except for the first room that shares the guest bathroom.

The most beautiful space in the property is made up of the open kitchen, the living room, and the balcony. In this space is where we hope you spend most of your time with your family because you have the freshness of the sea breeze and an enviable view of the beach ... It is as if you were on the beach without having to go down.

Of course, if what you like is to touch the sand with your bare feet, you only have to walk a few meters across the street and you will be there.

The iconic Chipipe beach stands out for the peace and tranquility you can pretty much breathe during the weekdays ... and the fun and stimulating weekends bustling with tourists, locals, and merchants.

The area is pretty safe as it is next to the Salinas Naval Base.

Within a short walking distance, you can find small shops to purchase snacks and beverages and a few restaurants, as well. But, being so close to San Lorenzo's beach and to the heart of the city is very easy to find restaurants to cater for all tastes.
