Just 5 minutes drive away is the beautiful historic village of Kinver filled with local shops, great restaurants, cafés and quaint architecture. Also, the enormous Merry Hill shopping centre is less than 8 miles away.
Perhaps you could enjoy impressive Kinver Edge and the Rock Houses, three hundred acres of national trust land within easy walking distance of the village, popular with off-road and on-road cyclists and walkers.
Places to visit include Severn Valley Railway, Drakelow Tunnels, Museum of Carpet, Whitlenge Garden Centre and Tea Rooms (Kidderminster), Black Country Living Museum (Dudley), West Midland Safari Park, Go Ape Wyre (Bewdley), Grand Theater, Art Gallery (Wolverhampton), Sadler's Brewery (Stourbridge), Bridgnorth Castle (Bridgnorth). Slightly further afield are the Ironbridge Gorge museums on the edge of Telford; well worth the 30 minute drive.
Just additional information for enjoying the countryside near by the property, just search online or download footpath map.
The bustling metropolis of Birmingham is just a stone's throw away too.
