We were met by Roberta a very nice lady who lived close by for local information. Property location convenient for beaches, Santa Margherita and Portofino.

My partner and I stayed at Alessandro's apartment for one week. As this was my first AirBnB experience, I didn't quite know what to expect. The check in and check out were both very easy. Despite a delay to our journey and original ETA, we were met with a smile a the keys to the flat and shown how everything works. The apartment itself was very big and it was nice not to have to live out of a bedroom like in a Camere or hotel room. The block is secure and very well located in Rapallo's old town just a stone's throw away from the beach. The apartment was furnished with an eclectic mix of pieces, which added to the experience of being away from home and not in a sterile hotel room. Ultimately I was very impressed with the value for money this apartment had to offer and would stay again.

Alessandro was a great host. He handed over the keys in Milan which was more convenient for us and also gave great recommendations about what to eat and where to go nearby Rapallo. He was always available and replied to our messages within the matter of minutes. The flat was in perfect order and had everything you might need for cooking, also the tv was good entertainment for cold and rainy evenings. PS everything looked exactly like on the pictures. I definitely suggest staying there for everyone: perfect location, there is a market open every day very nearby, also a Supermarket at about 5 min walk from the flat; train station, bus station and the ferry platform are also no further than 5-7 min walk. Just a small tip - if you're allergic to dog hair then be careful because there was quite many thin and small dog hair around. Good news - my mother is very allergic to cats and dogs and she didn't get any sort of a reaction so it should probably be fine with others as well. Anyways ten out of ten - a superb stay. I truly recommend it to everyone!

The place is perfectly located right in the middle of Rapallo, obly a few minutes to the sea, the station, the market-place- yet it is quiete and silent inside. We had a great stay.

They have good location and the flavor is one of a vintage Italian home.

The place is as described and all the nuances are covered by other reviews. I enjoyed Rapallo and would stay there again. The apt was only 1 block from the bus stop that takes you to Santa Marg and Portofino. There is no AC so mind the weather when booking. Comfortable beds by Italian standards, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Great budget option.

Alessandro's apartment is great, well located and excelently equipped. It has all the things you need for a short stay but also for a long stay. We did not get to know him but he was available at all time on the phone, he even suggested best places to know in Rapallo. The only thing to point out is that, since the apartment is in the center of the city, sometimes it is noisy at nights if you need to leave the windows open because the weather is hot. Thanks Alessandro!
