This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has versatile bedding configurations for maximum practicality for families and groups alike.
The apartment can sleep up to 8, with 2 guests on large comfortable fold-up beds. Bookings in excess of 6 people will attract a nightly surcharge of $50 per person for use of fold-up beds.
Each bedroom can either have a king bed or two single beds. The singles join to form the king, just like in the hotels. The beds are the same model which are used in 5 star hotels, so a good nights sleep is assured. You will not be disappointed.
The price quoted is based upon six (6) guests. Please note the additional charges beyond 6.
Undercover parking for one (1) vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 1.95m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee.
Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.
You will need to provide own linen for portacot usage.
From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.
Interaction with guests
I don't, only when they request interaction, ie. directions to somewhere, or sightseeing advice etc...

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony.
Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond, eviction and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
From Mar 9 - 11, 2018 the minimum stay is 4 nights.
