Welcome to my colourful artist's home. Perfect for quiet time away, in a comfortable but different home, very quiet neighbourhood, warm in winter/cool in summer, beautiful beaches, nearby walks and lovely sunsets.
The lounge, dining area and master bedroom all lead through glass sliding doors to a huge tiled patio and garden. Try out the funky couch! The rear of the garden backs onto reserve, from where you can walk to safe, very beautiful beaches.
The master bedroom has garden views, and a large ensuite, including a large spa and large shower. Master bedroom has heater/air conditioner. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom, the blue room, though small, has a double bed and own bathroom. A fan is provided in the summer months.
NEW ADDITIONS for winter, a wood heater has just been added so very snug and cosy in winter!
The house has worked well for two couples, or couple and friend.
The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, oven and cooktop. It's basic, but has everything essential.
The dining area has a king single bed if required. An extra single mattresses is available for extra bedding that can be brought into lounge or master bedroom, for children. Please ask.
Reserve cycle heating/air conditioning in main kitchen area.
A second bathroom has a bath, basin and shower. Second toilet available.
The house plumbing, like those in the area is on a septic soak system. Works fine.
The hot water works fine for me, I live here 10 months a year and enjoy wonderful hot showers, anytime. Some guests that overuse hot water for the spa have told me that water can be slow to warm up, at times. Please be patient if you find the hot water not totally hot, just after you have just had a spa. I can't change this and have taken it into account in setting the price.
Wifi available. (Fast, unlimited)
