The Lowman Lodge sits nestled along a year round creek and the base of Banner Ridge, with soaring views of the mountains towering above. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is equipped with a mini split heat/cold system and has a propane heater in the main living space for back-up. The deck has a propane BBQ as well. This mountain cabin is a welcoming and rejuvenating home in a beautiful sanctuary surrounded by lush foliage and incredible wild life.

The space
The Lowman Lodge is a cozy second story 1 bedroom 1 bath mountain cabin. The Lodge is part of a two story cabin with the the lodge on the upper level and a separate locked owners unit on the lower ground level. The lodges bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet and the bathroom is located as an on-suite to the bedroom. The Living room is spacious and has a 3-seat queen sleeper couch with memory foam mattress. Off the living room there is a small deck with BBQ. There is also a small dining area off the living room with space for 4 people. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon prime available for guests to log in to with their own information. The living room and kitchen share an open concept with a breakfast bar solid wood counter and 3 high chair/stool seat. There is also a welcoming entry way bottom of the stairs, and under the stairs is a cozy kids zone hang out book reading/play space. There is an air mattress and pump for expanded sleeping options.

Dirt roads, private drive. Free Parking. 2 cars permitted to park in the driveway. Please drive slowly and do not block other properties or driveways. Thank you!

Other things to note
PLEASE BE ADVISED: This home is located on a dirt road off HWY 21. During winter months one needs to be sure they are traveling safely, a 4-wheel drive vehicle and traveling with chains is required. When booking the home during winter months, our cancellation policy will remain in force regardless of bad weather or transit challenges, unless there is a natural disaster or other similar extenuating circumstance.

FIREWOOD sold on the honor system. $5 per wheel barrow load filled level with the rim. Leave cash in the red lock box on the wall of the wood shed.

Neighbourhood highlights

Beautiful and quiet. A serene and rejuvenating area with a year round creek running near by. Enjoy the sounds of the running water while keeping warm by the outdoor Chiminea. The area is rich and abundant with game. Elk, dear and fox spotted from time to time. Super cute chipmunks running around and many birds! A sanctuary space. Very nice neighbors. We all expect people who visit our neighborhood to be kind, courteous, respectful and safe. Don't trash the land, don't be too loud at night, don't drive fast or be rude to others enjoying the space. ALWAYS PUT OUT YOUR FIRES WITH WATER if finished or if the fire will be left unattended.
