Our residential property launched in January 2015 has in total 21 units. Our property is located at the central location, an easy access to many notable landmarks and numbers of authentic restaurants. We provide hospitality and ensure comfort.
We also provide facilities such as gym and garden on the rooftop on the 6th floor.
I do own multiple units of 1 bedroom and 2 bedrooms in this building which are highly appropriate for large groups or business groups. The building is also well-equipped with a gym and garden on the rooftop.
My new apartment block has just been launched in January and so the furnitures are new and in perfect condition. The furnitures we provide are designed by us and produced by our interior design company (Noi That Nha Dep).
We can accommodate up to 5 people (2 double-beds and 1 sofa bed). Similar to our main serviced apartment block, we have kitchen area & dining space, balcony (for smoking as well), living room space and 2 bathrooms.
For your convenience and interest, I will also provide pick-up and drop-off from the airport for $25 both ways ($15 one way). This is applicable during the driver's work hour from 07:30to 18:30 weekday and 07:30 - 11:30 on Saturday.
The price package includes daily housekeeping, 24/7 security, 10%tax, and utilities only for short-term rentals (less than 30 days). Extended-stayers will need to pay the utility invoice to the authority (my staff will give the guests the meter reading and bill).
We have a new rule that we have to comply with the law. Once you have decided to stay with us, we will need your original passports or Vietnamese ID (if you have) on the date of your arrival to register with the authority that you are currently staying in our property. The authority can be inspecting any property any time and we do not want to be in trouble with them in case of unregistered guests. We will make photocopies of your passports and register them online. This is also how we pay tax for your stay :)
We do provide one free parking space for motorbike.

I am away in Dubai for my job but my manager and assistant manager will be present to assist you.

We have no hidden cost unless unregistered guest stays over night. We will need Identification Card (ID) of that particular person and a charge of 10 USD is applied for per person per night.
As this is a highly secured building, please note that any guest entering the apartment will need to show their ID
Please keep the place neat & clean.
Please do not trash the cutleries in the bin.
Please turn off the light, AC, heater when you leave the house or when you are not using them.
Please respect the neighbourhood by keeping your noise level.
From Dec 20, 2017 - Jan 05, 2018 the minimum stay is 3 nights.
