From my apartment you can stay close to most things in Trondheim city centre. The location is in walking distance to Trondheim city centre, to the bus, tram, train, fast boat terminal and Skansen marina. It is also central to NTNU. The apartment is located within walking distance to St.Olavs Hospital. Just above Nidelven, 8 min walk, is Trondheim spectacle, multi-use arena for culture, sports and trade fairs. My apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the nostalgic old tram stall that was converted into apartments in 2011. We are 32 condominiums, and we call ourselves "the city's best condominium", which means that we greet each other, chat and are happy to help each other if needed.
