Hi there! Welcome to our apartment. You'll have a charming double bedroom, with direct access to a private balcony and a big, modern bathroom that's all yours.
Your bedroom, bathroom and balcony are all situated in the first half of the apartment so you'll have plenty of privacy.
Then there's the fully equipped open plan kitchen and living room which you're welcome to use and enjoy.
What more can we say? You'll love it.
You'll be able to access the whole place, apart from our bedroom of course! You'll also get access to two travel cards, a Lonely Planet of London and an extensive restaurant guide to get you inspired. You're also free to use the laundry machine, because who doesn't love clean socks right?
Interaction with guests
Giada and I will try to help you have the best stay in London. We're been Airbnb hosts for a few years now, and we're proud to say that our guests love us and give us really positive feedback. Between us we speak six languages: English, Spanish, Italian, French, German and Hindi.
We know London inside out, we can provide you with information on local customs, travel planning or restaurant recommendations. With Giada being Italian, we definitely know the best pizzerias in London!
We have busy lives and both work during the week (usually 8.30am till 7pm) , but feel free to reach out to us if you need anything, or simply go ahead and do your own thing. We're happy either way.
Other things to note
We're easygoing, flexible people so there's not much else to note. We just ask that during the week (Monday - Friday) you don't use the kitchen between 7am - 8am as that's when we're getting ready to go to work and will need the space. Don't worry, we're very good at being quiet :) And please let us know in advance if you want breakfast. Some guests don't want it, so these days we ask. We offer one milk or juice, one loaf of multi-seeded bread, butter, delicious berry jams, chunky peanut butter and something called Marmite which a true English classic. Oh and there's plenty of good coffee and tea.
Please keep the place as tidy as you find it. That includes the kitchen.
Please only smoke on the balcony (ashtrays provided).
Please don't bring home parties. Or strangers. Go to their house instead!
Please don't make noise after 11pm during the weekdays.
Please refill the Oyster Cards to £5 before you leave.
Please have the best time ever in London.
That's all! :)
