Our stylish one room casita comfortably fits two and is centrally located on a quiet block in Tucson, AZ. We live close to downtown and Reid Park. Enjoy a kitchenette and private entrance. We provide bikes, pool and hot tub, seasonal.

The space

This is a backyard casita/guest house in the heart of Tucson. It is private with a private entrance.

Guest access

Outside the property, we live one block from Reid Park, one of Tucson's largest parks which has a baseball field, large multi use exercise path, zoo, exercise pool with fountains and lazy river, golf, tennis and even craft classes. Inside the property, you will have a private entrance to the casita. It is located next to a pool and hot tub. Hot tub needs about 1 hour notice to get hot. Pool and hot tub are seasonal, i.e. pool in summer, hot tub in fall/winter/spring.

Other things to note

We do have a dog that could be in the yard but are separated by a gate.

This lovely casita had everything for a comfortable stay in Tucson. Adrienne and her husband were fantastic hosts. I loved how close the casita was to delicious cashew milk ice cream, restaurants, the grocery store, and park.

Central, good location. No window coverings and lots of windows, so if you want to sleep in, bring an eye mask.

Adrienne & Eric were warm & welcoming hosts, quick to respond when needed. Their Casita was just as pictured modern, clean, well equipped and private. They made the most use out of a small space. It is nestled in a cute neighborhood close to a park, resturants & some shops. Just a short car ride to the University campus, downtown Tucson, historic 4th street & brewery's! So much to do & see in Tucson and surrounding area. When we visit again we know where we will be staying!

Interaction with guests

We do like to give our guests privacy but are glad to help you find your way around Tucson and explore unique and even hidden gems. We have sometimes shared a drink in the backyard with our guests.

About Adrienne

My family and I live in Tucson and rent our guest house in the backyard. We love to bike and have plenty of extra bikes you can borrow. We also love to travel and are familiar with traveler's needs. We love dogs and will accept yours if they are well behaved and trained. We live close to downtown and are familiar with many of the ins and ours and secret gems of Tucson. We stay out of your way and respect your privacy but like getting to know people from other places too.
