Very attractive, clean, modern, and, cozy building, upper front suite, totally private, facing west, with city views.

Apartment has been fully renovated, has new hardwood floors, brand new kitchen cabinetry and appliances.

Fully digital self check in instructions, will be emailed to you 1 day before arrival. No need to meet anyone upon your arrival. You can check in anytime after 3pm.

Located in the best area of Westside Los Angeles, near shopping, restaurants, beaches, UCLA, Century City and Hollywood.

There are a dozen good restaurants, each unique in the food they serve, very reasonable prices, within 1 minute walking distance, in the immediate neighborhood. You will not run out of choices for what you want to eat.

There is also a fully supplied food / grocery store, right next to our building.

This is a mixed use building, it has a feel to it, like the ones back east, or in Europe. This is a private apartment, not sharing anything. You are totally private inside, yet, you walk out of the building and you are on Westwood Blvd., with all it has to offer, from restaurants, grocery stores, and shops to boutiques and entertainment. All in the immediate surrounding. There is a dry cleaner agency, an excellent family owned home made food restaurant and a convenient store on the ground floor of our building.

The unit has a large balcony, hardwood flooring, and is furnished with brand new furniture, flat screen HDTV, free WIFI, double size bed (can sleep 2 comfortably), with all new and clean bedding, clean sheets, pillows with cover, and blanket, night stands, and dresser. We will provide you with an air mattress, complete bedding, for the 3rd guest in your party.
Vertical blinds, full tiled bath with tub shower. 1 assigned, free gated parking, on the premises.

Kitchen has a fridge, microwave, 2 burner electric stove, pots and pans and utensils. Everything you need to cook a good meal.

The building is on Westwood Blvd., one small block south of Santa Monica Blvd.

Minutes to UCLA, Century City, Down Town LA, beaches and freeways.

3 min bus ride to UCLA. UCLA shuttle bus stops in front of the building, or walk 15 min to UCLA.

Neighborhood is very safe, very centralized, near all. Cleaner agency and fast food Mediterranean restaurant at the ground floor of the building.

Public transportation within 1 min walk, will get you anywhere in town in no time.

Basic essentials (shampoo, paper towels, toilet papers, etc.) are supplied for the first week of your stay. You must replenish them if you are staying for a longer time period.

Clean towels and sheets are provided, and you can wash them yourself, for a longer stay, using the washer dryer at the sub level parking structure. We can provide a total cleaning of your unit, including new sheets, towels, and the essentials, for a fee equal to the original cleaning fee.

We can do this weekly, biweekly or anytime you wish. You must request this service in writing and pay the fee before it is done.

Please do not ask to inspect the unit, before you book it. We are fully occupied at all times, and never disturb our guests to show their suites to others. We respect our guest's privacy, diligently. Check out our scores of excellent reviews, the suite is exactly as described, the pictures are very real, not photoshopped.

All our prices are listed on this site. Your best bet to find the final price is to proceed to booking. Airbnb will give you a detailed final price, before you commit.

very busy street near UCLA, i used to be a UCLA student so i am very familiar with the area. The apt is good but i found cockroach in the bathroom which really scared me! Also can hear some noise in the evening since it's near the westwood blvd. The manager is very helpful of everything.

As to street noise, you had a front unit, and you were advised to keep your windows closed during sleeping hours. You wanted fresh air :-)

Immaculate and peaceful. Great balcony overlooking the busy city, but absolutely tranquil during the evening. A perfect executive suite to work from or home base for a site-seeing or social trip.

Apartment was as described and it was a good place to stay for a three week trip while on business. The check in process was extremely easy and professional and communication was excellent. My only complaint would be that there is a fair amount of noise from the nearby street, so I'd recommend earplugs if you have trouble sleeping. Other than that- good experience and value.

I thoroughly enjoyed my month-long stay! 1) The arrival process could not have been easier. The apartment has keyless digital entry, so all you need is a key code (which was e-mailed to me, as promised, one day before my arrival). 2) The apartment manager did everything he could to make the stay enjoyable. I had a small noise complaint regarding a neighbor during my stay, and the apartment manager addressed it immediately (I e-mailed one apartment manager that afternoon - and he took care of it by that evening). 3) The apartment was actually bigger and nicer than I expected from the pictures. 4) The apartment was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen appliances all seemed relatively new. 5) The apartment included a number of amenities that made my stay as a business traveler even better: an iron/ironing board, a supply of toiletries (hotel-sized soap and shampoo; toilet paper; dish soap), and a laundry hamper. 6) The neighborhood is nice - it's far from the most hip neighborhood in LA, but that was fine by me. There were about 10 pretty solid restaurants within walking distance. There are also coffee shops, a dry cleaner, and a small food market nearby. It's also quite easy to walk to nearby Westwood Village (near UCLA). 7) Overall, I strongly recommend this apartment to any business traveler who is in Los Angeles for an extended stay.
