Casa Elena is a newly built stone house. It combines modern facilities with traditional style. The house is in located in village Majmajola, very quiet location surrounded by trees and garden.
This beautiful charming house is full of character and original details. Nested in the village Majmajola, it is just a short drive to the Fazana white pebbly beaches, the famous towns of Pula and Rovinj as well as the Brijuni national park. Outside you will find a carefully tended garden, a nice size pool and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dinning. Inside you will find 4 bedrooms: 3 doubles and a single and 3 bathrooms. At the gallery you will find small gym space. There is a semi-garage to park your car in the shade. The house is air conditioned and has wifi internet, It is located in a very quiet area for a perfectly relaxing holiday... yet the tourist hotspots of Fazana and Pula are just a very short drive away.
The whole house is private, and guests have access to everything located in the house.

The owners are a charming couple and will be happy to give all sorts of assistance you need. Naturally they will also fully respect your privacy. In order to respect your privacy, owners are present only during your arrival and departure, while during your stay they will assist anything you need by your call.

Pula airport in only 15 km away. Pula (15 km ) is the main regional town in Istra with an excellent selection of restaurants and an attractive shopping area. Take a stroll through Pula and experience the streets and squares in the old town, some of the have been preserved since the Roman times. The stunning amphitheatre dates back to the 1st century AD and is the sixth largest in the world. The town centre is about a 10-minute drive from Pula airport. Fazana is a small coastal town, 7 km from Majmajola harbour from where tourist boats take you (15 min) to one of the most beautiful national parks in Croatia – Brioni. Fazana has a large pebble beach with a possibility of numerous water sports and activities. Vodnjan is a typical medieval town with an interesting architectural pattern: the houses of the town also create the city walls and used to serve as a defence. The main square boasts with a breathtaking baroque church and a number of restaurants and a new sport park with tennis courts. St. Vicenat (5km away) is also known as Savicenta, a charming quiet small town in central Istria. This town is centred around a number of beautifully restored 14th and 16th century churches and the fortified monar house. There are also several excellent restaurants and cafés and lately, Vodnjan is quickly becoming one of the top cultural towns in Istria with events taking place every weekend. Rovinj : (20 km ) with a 1700 year-old history – the most beautiful and luxury tourist town in Istra with an astounding old city centre – an architectural pearl. Its magnificent buildings and charming streets filled with small art galleries create a genuine city of painters with numerous restaurants and cafes.
