The flat includes a big Living/ Sleeping room with two beds, an equipped kitchen with a dinning table and a bathroom.
Parking is available on the street vis-à-vis the house.

The flat has an own acces on the side of the main building.
A little outside lounge is arranged during the summer month.

For common interest of all parties renting the apartment Luis Hugo, in regards to a common cooperation and proper usage of the apartment the following house rule is binding for the renter:
•The renter is obligated to treat the rented object and inventory carefully. A change or the dispose of the inventory is not allowed. Defects in and around the apartment have to be reported directly to the landlord otherwise the renter is liable.
•The apartment can only be rented for residential purpose and the renter is not allowed to sublet the flat.
•The renter is responsible for a proper cleaning, heating and Ventilation during the stay.
•It’s not allowed to store toxic or flammable material in the apartment.
•Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. By breach of condition the renter has to afford the additional cleaning charge from a professional cleaning company.
•The renter has to lock all doors and windows when leaving the flat
•Please ask upfront in case you want to bring pets. Without an approval from the landlord pets are not allowed
•It’s not allowed to dispose the trash in the trash can of the main renter living above the holiday apartment.
•It’s not allowed to dispose leftover food, fat or any other waste or objects through the drain pipes (Bathroom, Kitchen). This can lead to serious blockage of the sanitation.
•Please take care – according to the official rules – to separate the waste.
•Everything else than the normal household garbage has to be disposed by the renter on a designated collection station.
For environmental friendly reason the renter is begged to turn down the heating.
Please consider the general German governmental times.
Garden & Estate
The usage and care of the garden belongs to the main renter of the main building. Please ask therefore the main other party in case you want to use the garden partially
