Here it is! The absolute best location to enjoy the Lake of Egypt! Tucked in a private cove w/ panoramic views of the lake. Just a short 15 min drive from Marion and 8 mins from Interstate 57...no winding along narrow lake roads. Level lot = easy walk to boat dock. Deck for outdoor dining & enjoying gorgeous sunsets. Superior interior: 2 living areas, 3 Beds, 2 baths. Newly remodeled kitchen stocked with all the essentials. Free WIFI, local & streaming tv, quality linens & towels provided.

The space
All furnishings and decor have been geared to you and your family's enjoyment of the beautiful lake. The front living room is great for watching Sunday afternoon games with a comfy couch and reclining chair. The dining room has a counter-height table and 6 chairs for meals and gathering near the well stocked kitchen. Stainless steel appliances, even the microwave and dishwasher are provided. Dual Keurig coffee maker so you can bring your favorite pods or make a whole pot. Eating bar with stools. The family room is perfect to cuddle up by the fireplace and talk or play board games. Check out the view from the picture window nook...what a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee! The storage bench has games and books in case of a rainy day. Book the reservation to get dibs on waking up to lake views each morning! The master bedroom has patio doors that lead to the deck, comfortable king bed with quality linens, an on-suite bath with double sinks and tub and shower combo. There is a spacious bedroom with king bed and seating area next door. Finally, a queen bedroom with work-at-home space with desk and chair. Free WIFI, local tv channels and streaming services, quality linens, towels for bathing and towels for the lake provided. Laundry room and Garage available for guest use. Are you bringing a boat? Parking is limited. We ask that no trailers or boats be parked in the street or off the driveway. Please arrange to drop off at the marinas prior to arrival at the home. Let us know if you need directions to the marinas.

This really is the best location for traveling around southern Illinois during your stay. It's a short drive out of the neighborhood to the Lake of Egypt Rd. Along this main road you'll find a Dollar General, local marinas like Pyramid Acres Marina, Just Add Water bait shop, Sweet Thangs ice cream shop, Triple E BBQ restaurant and El Ranchito Mexican restaurant are all within 5 min of the property. This is a very quiet location and great for walking. The 9 hole Lake of Egypt Golf Course is also in the neighborhood but requires membership.
