Nicknamed Princesinha do Mar and Heart of the South Zone, it borders the neighborhoods of Lagoa, Ipanema, Botafogo, Humaitá and Leme. It's the perfect setting to relax in the best style!
The building is located on Rua Djalma Ulrich, near the Museum of Image and Sound. The location is excellent, 100 meters from the beach and close to Cantagalo subway station.
Next to the building there is a bike path with a bicycle rental point, one of the best ways to get around the south zone!
