This serviced 1 bed/1 bath, 50 square metre unit has a maid on standby who will provide complimentary daily unit make up in the afternoon(clean up a little,take out trash, bring clean towels daily and change bedsheets every three days plus a thorough clean up job then). Laundry/Hanging/Ironing by maid can be provided for a modest fee of 450 Baht per washing machine load. You can forego the daily make up service if you wish not be bothered.
The unit is fully equipped with all necessary items like washing machine, microwave and safe-deposit vault. There is also a 30 Mgbps Broadband Internet WiFI network.
Guest will have access to all facilities (fitness, sauna, pool and squash) and services in the building including the two newly bought shuttle vehicles who will take residents to the doorsteps of Emporium/Phrom Pong Skytrain and Asoke Skytrain/Subway intersection.
Interaction with guests
The hosts lives in the building so the guests will be shown to their unit. Upon arrival at the airport or the nearby Airport Link stations (Ramkhaenhaeng and Makassan), an sms, line message, email or phone call in Thai language will give directions to taxi driver on how exactly arrive in the building. The hosts speak English, Thai and Spanish. Any issues can be timely handled by the hosts.
This is a residential neighborhood away from the hussle of the main road (construction, traffic, etc...) and the overpriced food venues located there, yet a 15 minute walk will take you to the main Sukhumvit road and Asoke or a 3 to 4 minute shuttle ride in our high frequency building shuttles will take you to Sukhumvit/Asoke Mass Transit hubs.
Fuji Supermarket II will furnish excellent and inexpensive freshly made and packaged meals. A great selection of Sushi and Sashimi sells at a discount after 6 pm. There are cheap japanese restaurants offering set meal trays. There is a choice of western, korean barneque, lebanese, gourmet Thai food and upscale japanese restaurants within 20 to 150 metres from the building. An open rooftop terrace (in pictures) has earlybird happy hours overlooking the boats along the canal. There are professional affordable massage venues as well as an upscale Spa. The one thing that is likely to blow you away is the coffee shop bakery that sells some of the finests pastries in Bangkok and your choice of coffee (espresso, cappuccino, mocha for 40 baht) at very affordable prices. This shop is located inside of the compound and the pastries are freshly baked in the premises by its japanese owner. You can sip on your coffee while you decide which shuttle you will be taking to your destination.
Guests on a jogging routine will find the newly finished track along the canal the highpoint of their trip to Bangkok. This track will take them east towards Thonglor or West all the way down to Nana and Pratuwan area.
After hours there is a 7/11, with a wide range of processed foods, drinks and so forth only a few steps from the compound gates.
The building has already bought 2 shuttle vehicles to the main mass transit transportation hubs within 5 minutes. By the time you make your booking and arrive here they will be in full operation. The location is strategic in so far as it is possible to reach key entertainment areas like Thonglor, soi 33, soi 23 Cowboy and RCA discos for no more than 40 baht by taxi door to door, in the event the shuttle buses have ceased operation.
The pier which is visible from unit will let you catch a boat ride to Asoke, Nana, Phidlom, pratuwan pier where you can transfer to a second boat to the nearest pier to Khao San Road and reach there after a 10-15 minute walk.
The building is located on the way from/to the airport. If guests are hard pressed for time to get on with their business upon arrival or complete it prior to departure, our flexible check-in and check-out times will allow them to drop off or pick up their bags, rather than carrying them along, to meet their objectives in town.
Other things to note
We are flexible about check in and check out times, provided there are no other guests arriving. We can store bags in one of our units. We provide our units in the style of a high end serviced apartment to executives and travellers at one third of the cost. In the event the unit in the picture is not available, we will provide a twin unit in the exact same style, quality furnishings and lay-out.
Guests who cannot stand aircon use at nighttime will find this venue suitable as the unit main door has side trap windows that allow air circulation through all day. September through March are months where aircon use is not really necessary due to the open hallway design of the building.
Our daily rates go down the longer you wish to stay with us. For a three week stay to one month, our daily rate will drop to 1,600 baht/night. For a three month stay, the rate will be 1,400 baht/night. Contact us and tells us your situation and we will do our best to accomodate your requirements.
We accept a one or two day stay at our quoted rate. However, for any stay under 3 days we would like to request an additional 200 baht per day to cover the turnover costs of maid and linen cleaning.
Smoking is only allowed in balcony. If you smoke at night-time kindly place the butts in a bag after running some water on the ashtray and deposit the bag in the bin available in floor trashroom or closely tied in the units trash can.
This is a family compound. A single guest is welcome to bring an overnight guest along. However, if you have a night of license and loud partying in mind, we recommend you find a short time venue by the hour or so, that may be better equipped to your end purpose.
