The Beach Hut Norfolk is a newly renovated, brick built bungalow which sits just back from the cliffs of Scratby. A spacious open plan living space awaits you. 2bed 2 bathrooms. King suite w/ensuite & twin room. Private enclosed gardens
Scratby boasts beautiful seaside walks, independent restaurants, bakeries, shops and pubs.
A 30 minute walk along the beach will take you to Hemsby beach, filled with amusements, eateries and entertainment
A ten minute drive to Great Yarmouth's golden mile.
The space
The property is a newly renovated throughout (April 2022).
The Building is a standard brick construction that has been cladded externally.
The Beach Hut Norfolk is a detached bungalow with private parking, courtyard and garden.
Entrance
The main entrance opens up into the cloakroom which has ample space for storing shoes and hanging coats after a day exploring. A storage cupboard is also located in the cloakroom.
Living room
The open plan living space is perfect for guests to relax, socialise and unwind. The space is bright and airy with a 55" flat screen tv, coffee table, dining table, generous comfortable sofas, DAB radio and black out curtains/blinds throughout, perfect for relaxing.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. A full size fridge/freezer, Oven/grill, hob, microwave/grill/combi oven, slow cooker, washing machine and full size dishwasher.
King Room
The main bedroom is a spacious room including a king size bed, an en-suite, and full length patio doors leading to the private rear garden which is not overlooked. A 32″ television is provided in both bedrooms. A large wardrobe, tall set of drawers and bedside tables offer ample storage space. A full length mirror and large dressing table are also provided. Both the patio doors and windows benefit from blackout curtains.
Twin Room
The second bedroom has views out to the private courtyard. It comprises of 2 full size single beds, a 32″ television, bedside table and a very large wardrobe for storage. Black out curtains supplied as standard. A high chair and ironing board can be found tucked beside the wardrobe out of view.
PLEASE BE AWARE, IF YOU WISH TO USE OUR COT OR BRING A TRAVEL COT TO USE IN THE TWIN ROOM, WE WILL NEED TO PUSH THE TWIN BEDS TOGETHER AND PUT TJE COT/TRAVEL COT AGAINST THEM TO ACCOMMODATE THIS DUE TO THE SIZE OF THE ROOM! For this reason, we do not suggest you book for 2 children plus an infant if you are not comfortable with this. We have to put the beds together to fit in a cot, and we have to put the cot away from the wall and against the beds, so children cannot reach plugs or light switches.
King room En Suite
The en-suite bathroom benefits from a stunning full length walk in shower. Heated full length towel rails and black out blinds are fitted in both bathrooms as standard.
Family Bathroom
A beautiful roll top bath is the highlight of this bathroom. A perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the coast. The bath also includes a shower head attachment and a discreet grab rail on the wall. Heated full length towel rails and black out blinds are fitted in both bathrooms as standard.
Gardens
The property benefits from private off road parking for up to 3 cars.
Enter through the side gate onto a small paved area to access the front door. Enter through the next gate to find the beautiful paved courtyard and dining area. Lighting and flower beds really bring this area together and make for a perfect spot to relax and enjoy some alfresco dining. Beyond the courtyard you will find the main garden (Also accessible via the main bedroom patio doors). This garden includes a beautiful flower bed, a rockery beach area, a lawn and your very own beach hut, ideal for storing bikes, toys etc! All of our outside areas are private and secure. The gardens are fully fenced in and benefit from having gates between areas so you can keep an eye on little ones.

If you wish to use our cot, or bring your own to use in the twin room, we will need to push the 2 single beds together and put the cot against these to accommodate this.
