It has 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom and own closet, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry area, terrace, and just a few steps far from our Club House with all services and amenities so close. Fully equipped with everything you need to have the best holidays ever in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

The space
CASA DEL PARQUE, has a private parking lot just outside of it, and upon entering the property, you are greeted on the same ground floor by a large open space with a spacious living room and a huge dining table made with the central part of an old tree. This space merges with the beautiful and spacious main garden of our condominium, which was designed evoking an atmosphere of meditation. It also has a divine private outdoor terrace to enjoy your family or friends; to be amazed by the family of hummingbirds that resides nearby and visits us; or simply meditate comfortably.

It has a large refrigerator, and fully equipped kitchen to season your stay cooking comfortably with your travel team.

On the same level there are 3 bedrooms, all equipped with a private bathroom and a large and modern private closet.

The master bedroom has a King Size bed, the bedroom #2 has 2 single beds, and the third one with 4 single beds arranged in 2 bunk beds.

Its outdoor terrace has a grill, tables and chairs that invite you to share with your family and friends, enjoying sunsets, moons or simply a pleasant after barbecue chat.

La Luminaria Condominium has a clubhouse with Wi-Fi, and in which there is a large gym, sports classroom, cowork area, spa, bathrooms with showers, dressing room, lockers, and steam; modern and nice warm pool, with lounge chairs and a large jacuzzi.

Adjacent to the clubhouse there are 2 paddle courts and a children's play area, as well as vast green areas and an artificial lake.
