A quiet tranquil by the sea getaway located in the picturesque community of Pikes Arm located just a short distance from historical Twillingate. Come stay at the Shire and bask in the ocean breeze enjoy spectacular views and listen to the birds as you relax on the deck. Every thing is better by the sea.

The space
A small salt box house with a queen size bed and seating area upstairs. A second bedroom with a double bed. Bathroom has a large shower, sink and toilet. Kitchen has stove, fridge and washer and dryer and BBQ.

Parking for two to three cars on property.

Other things to note
The spring and fall can be quite cool and wet so warm clothes is a must.
