Located in the heart of downtown’s highly desirable Almond-Shuey neighborhood, this charming 1929 bungalow-style home has been remodeled and transformed into a comfy and stylish getaway for pleasure, business, or visiting friends and relatives. Park once and walk to just about everything downtown Walnut Creek has to offer!

The space
“The Oak” is a newly renovated 1,100 SF bungalow-style home, featuring original oak flooring throughout, a spacious and cozy living area with a stylish fireplace (sorry, no fires - candles only), plenty of lighting, and warmly painted linen-colored walls.

Relax in the living area equipped with a 55-inch flat-panel Smart TV and access to most streaming channels (log-in required). The dining room just off the kitchen is an ideal space to enjoy a meal or spread out and set up shop with your laptop.

Your rest is assured in one of the two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen-sized bed with 700 thread count sheets, and a comfy plush comforter-duvet.

The bathroom features an old-fashioned claw-foot-style shower/tub combo, wainscot walls, and great lighting options.

The light and bright fully equipped kitchen features a 4-burner range/oven, full-size fridge, dishwasher, and large washer and dryer.

Relax on the peaceful redwood deck located just off the kitchen or main bedroom.
