Melarancio Residence is a charming newly renovated apartment, located on the second floor of a late 18th century building, in the central neighborhood of "San Lorenzo": a quiet and well-served neighborhood with shops and services to make your stay pleasant. At three minutes walk from the central trains station, served with WiFi and finely furnished, is large and lightly, featuring a living that allows you to relax, work remotely, or plan your next trip.

The space
The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both served by comfortable showers. The living room is extremely large and bright. It features a washer and dryer, and all the utensils you need to cook at home.
