The whole apartment complex was freshly painted in January 2024. New windows were installed in the unit in 2023. New patio was installed in January 2024. Managment does great job when it comes to landscaping.

This place is fantastic for unwinding by the pool, enjoying grilled food or exploring nearby beaches. You can also stay active utilizing recreation center. We used to reside at the property and truly love the neighborhood and we became friends with many residents.
The apartment is not only 7 minutes to the famous Indian Rocks beach.
Courtyard greenery with central fountain alows to relax every evening on the patio.
We have the Southwest Recreation Complex right across the street with gym, tennis courts, heated pool as well as diving boards and beautiful shaded playgrounds.
