Welcome to our house, the atmosphere is for people that want to Relax with the whole family in one of the safest neighborhoods in the area. The neighbors never make noise and the house sits on the Illinois University Golf course, less than 1/4 mile to Willard Airport, great night sleep, relaxing with the fireplace. The University is 8 min.
Keyless entry, but currently no garage, but there is a covered carport.thank you for visiting my profile.

The space
All 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the full bathroom. Downstairs , living room, kitchen, and half bathroom. The living space is 1328 sq ft. washer and dryer with liquid detergen, bleach, shout stain lifter, bounce sheets for dryer. Also, have ironing board and iron, and Faultless magic light finish ironing spray. Also, we have dressers or you can hang your clothing.

house sits on Illinois university golf course , next to Willard Airport. Extremely safe, neighbors never make any noise, very quite, no dogs barking, nobody has parties, fresh air (so many trees). Easy access to the airport, freeway , Walmart , and other stores.
