Currently satellite cable but it freezes sometimes :/ miss regular cable, of course what you get in return is no shared space and a queen size.
House just got brand new metal roof, and room has a new paint job. Porch ceiling, floor and exterior all new paint. High quality bedsheets changed with each guest.
Since house is up on two small hills one can sit on porch and you get a very private feel.

Interaction with guests
Access is via a combination lock that holds the key. Once reservation is made the combination will given so you can enter at after 2pm. At the end of your stay you may place key there also. Combination can be found on the top left of the stairs laying on the pillar next the the orange potted plant ;)

There is a cat in main house but she stay in back portion of house

Local born and raised. Actually in this same home, my grandparents lived in that space for many years... come to think of it lots of other family members too.
Earnings help daughter's college expenses in California. She is on her second year so quite some time to go.
