it's really a nice experience living in their house! The mom is so patient with and careful of everything. 'The dad' asks about how I like this travel every day to make sure things going well. The big family is lovely and harmonious. Travel information is generously and detailedly given. It's also convenient to take the bus to Venezia. I feel lucky to find them and the happiest thing is to get to know their pretty daughter who's at my age!! I love them! It's an unforgettable memory of Italy.

Stayed with Rosa's family is the best thing you could. They took care of me as a family member and help me a lot to get to Venice, so I had not have any problems to travel and would love to stay there again. Plus, I had my own floor and it was huge and beautiful as the pictures. I didn't expect that and surprised.

Rosa, Aurelio and Riccardo were a great family to stay with. Rosa patiently took us through the details of how to get around Venice and what to see, nothing was too much trouble for them. A nice apartment, plenty big enough for the 4 of us and convenient for the bus line to get into Venice. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay.

The hosts were warm and welcoming. They took time to explain how to get around and let us borrow their bikes. You pay extra when you arrive for taxes. 2 euros + 1 euro per person/night. then The room is large and cools off well when you open the windows. Other guests were there in other rooms which was enjoyable. Neighborhood is lovely with lots of fresh air and gardens! Breakfast is minimal but coffee is also provided! Great for the price you pay.

Everything was perfect, I would say. The house is beautiful, the family is warm and welcoming, the location is actually quite convenient, the breakfasts were nice, the arrival and check-in was smooth, the neighborhood is safe. You can get to the centre quickly if you catch the right bus, but dont worry, the family will provide you detailed information on transportation. They are also very communicative and open-minded. I really enjoyed the conversations:) This is certainly the best family I have ever met in airbnb. I will totally recommend this to other airbnb users:)

The place is very clean and cozy. A wonderful place to stay and is very affordable. The breakfast was amazing but and the other guests were very nice. You get so much more than you pay for. This is a wonderful family that treats you like family. My boyfriend and I were both sick and Mama Rosa made us hot milk with honey. I was so happy I chose this place over all the others in the area. It was not very close to the heart of Venice but it was very easy to get to by bus and this family talks you through everything you could need to know (in English). Do not even continue looking. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or family trip!

The best stay I ever had. Venice was incredibly beautiful and the stay was even more beautiful. The rooms and washrooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was well furnished and organised with whatever you want. Wifi perfect. The neighborhood is a quiet and clean residential area. The best part of the stay was Ricky. Mattia and Ricardo were on a tour during my stay and their son Ricky hosted me. He had such a charming and adorable character that I felt nothing more than staying with my younger brother. He wont even let me wash the plates and even washed and dried my dress for me. So what I was left to do was enjoy Venice. And if its a rainy day dont worry, I think the house itself has things worth a day of exploring. A bus connects you to Mestre every 30 minutes and from their there are buses to Venice evey 5 minutes. It will take around 20 minutes(including waiting time) to get you to Venice. I never had a problem with the public transportation. The only slight problem I had is I like a shower room, but only bath tub was available. I dont recommend this house for any of you becoz I wanted to take my family to Venice next time and I dont want to here that Ricky's house is booked. hahahhaha

Welcome in the host of Family Licciardi! We are a very large family: Mom Mariarosa, Daddy Aurelio, 3 children (Mattia, Martina and Riccardo) and Nala, our puppy. Last year we started the adventure with AirBnb using Martina 's account and was a wonderful experience that has given us so many great experiences with people from all over the world!
Now that the children are grown up in the big house for the big family there is more space and free rooms and we decided to dedicate it for those who want to travel and have the experience the Italian family environment! In the Host of the Family Licciardi you will find a warm and friendly environment where you can relax and feel like at your home in the company of...

Mattia: entrepreneur, web developer, project manager, startupper, water polo player and lover of hiking. Usually speak about innovation, research, technology and sharing economy (usually use BlaBlaCar as driver and passenger).

Rosa (Mom): the mother is always the mother, and Mom Mariarosa is the best! Common phrases apart Mariarosa is always available to take care about other people. She likes to read, speak and learn about other cultures and always knows how to make great dinners with a few things!

Aurelio (Dad): Do not speak great English, just some words, but always knows how to make himself understood! Very careful to respect the Earth and passionate about politics. Often, despite language difficulties, loves to taste typical local grappa with the guests.
