House Rules

There are no house rules. Just be mindful if you happen to come in really late at night. Also, if you are outside under the gazebo, be aware of the time if it's late. Try to be quiet late at night, as the midnight sun is deceiving when you're trying to determine what time it is. We love animals, but we don't allow pets in the Guest House, although we do have 2 dogs of our own, Sofie, a husky and Eddie, a golden retriever. They both are very friendly. Smoking outside permitted.

The property is heritage, cozy and warm but quite basic. I chose it because I wanted to cook for myself on an extended trip. The kitchen had everything needed for that purpose. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The location is great right in the centre of town.

The place was perfect for the amount of people we had. Comfortable, great access to downtown with a well stocked kitchen. We wish we had had more time to spend there and enjoy the garden! Pam and Bernie were very kind.

Bernie was a great host, warmly greeting us and showing us around the beautiful yard and suite. He had great suggestions on restaurants and local sites we should check out. The suite was clean, spacious and inviting. The various breakfast options were great as well. The location was perfect being close enough to downtown to walk to many places but quiet at night to enjoy the courtyard and sleep well. We had a wonderful stay, would recommend to anyone and would return if we had the chance. Thanks Bernie and Pam for a wonderful stay in Whitehorse.

Wonderful stay with comfortable beds and welcoming hosts. The location couldn't be more convenient - downtown but tucked around a corner so very quiet. The Cyr suite was roomy and 3 of us slept very comfortably each with our own bed - one of us was on the futon but proclaimed it very comfy! All the comforts of home and lots of options for breakfast. Bernie is part of the fantastic Frantic Follies show on at the Westmark down the street - be sure to check it out as well!

There were 5 of us staying with Pam and Bernie during a conference in Whitehorse. It was a lovely place! Our room was a basement, that had a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and an additional bathroom upstairs. They also have a lovely terrace that is very enjoyable when the sun is out. The place was cozy, spacious, and warm. Whitehorse is small, so everything was walkable including cafes, bakeries, groceries, and restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Whitehorse.
